     Passport to Leadership Program is the new updated version of the Springboard and Degrees Programs. Passport to Leadership is a tracking method to help members get the most value from their involvement. Those that are able to complete all 10 Degrees of the Passport to Leadership Program will have mastered the Involvement, Experience and Leadership Phases.

     The activities that are selected during this program will enhance all aspects of member abilities in all 4 Areas of Opportunity in the organization making them an extremely involved citizen in their community and a stronger professional. Our 4 Areas of Opportunity are Individual Development, Community Involvement, Business Management, and International Connections.

     If you are already on the path to completing your Springboard or Degrees Level, everything you have already accomplished transfers easily to the Passport to Leadership Program. You may download and print the Passport to Leadership Program here. All members completing levels of this program will be recognized at state conventions. Please mail or e-mail your enrollment form to the address provided on the form.

     FOR NEW MEMBERS, please check out our NEW MEMBER GUIDE. Welcome to the Jaycees and we hope you enjoy your first year! Let us know how we can assist you in your goals. Also, print off and mail in your Springboard Registration Form to enroll in the Passport to Leadership Program. You have one year from joining your local chapter to complete the Springboard Program and become a Third Degree Jaycee!
